Experience: Worked as Chef Trainee (Hotel Le Meridiana) Delhi, Chef De Partie (Hotel Maurya Sheraton) Delhi, Lecturer Food Production (Srinivas College of Hotel Management, Mangalore); Lecturer-IHM Shimla for 13 years: Sr. Lecturer in IHM Dehradun since its inception in 2006; H.O.D. IHM Dehradun (2013), H.O.D. Incharge Administration (2013-2014), Principal Incharge IHM Dehradun (2014-2015).
Teaching Career has been very satisfying and have continuously upgraded the skills and knowledge by attending many courses and training programs organized at the National level by NCHMCT, Delhi at different places during lecturership in IHM Shimla.
Recognized Trainee for D.O.T. under the Ministry of Personnel, Govt. of India, and conducted various DOT Programmes.
Area of Interest: Kitchen Planning & Designing for various reputed hotels and organizations (Hotel Shell, Naldera, Shimla, Hotel Best Western Inn, Kandaghat, Shimla, Hotel Grand, Shimla). Also conducted various events and programs in IHM Dehradun and published articles in learning journals.
